When a redesign makes sense
A redesign is worth it when the site is slow on a phone, looks dated next to your competitors, is hard to update, or simply does not bring in enquiries. It is not worth it just because the colours feel tired. If your site already ranks and converts, fix the weak parts and keep the rest.
The part most redesigns get wrong
The design is the easy bit. The risk is losing what Google already gives you. Old pages get deleted, addresses change, and the useful text that ranked gets replaced with a slogan. Traffic drops a few weeks after launch, and nobody connects it to the redesign.
We avoid that with a simple process:
- We list every page on your current site, with what it ranks for and how much traffic it gets.
- We decide with you which pages to keep, merge or improve.
- We build the new site on a private preview link, so you can check everything before anything changes.
- On launch day, every old address points to the right new page with a permanent redirect.
- We submit the new sitemap and check Search Console over the following weeks.
What changes for your visitors
Pages load fast on a phone. The phone number and the main action, such as booking or a quote request, are on every screen. Each service has its own page, written around what customers actually search. Forms are short. Reviews are visible.
What it costs
A redesign costs the same as a new site with us: £595 plus VAT for up to five pages, £1,295 for up to ten with online booking, and a fixed quote for bigger sites. Extra pages are £60 each and we can rewrite the words at £35 a page. Hosting and care is £39 a month, and you own the site once it is paid for.

Questions people ask
Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?
It can, if old page addresses disappear or good content is cut. We list every page on your current site first, keep the ones that rank, and redirect every old address to the right new page. Then we watch Search Console for a few weeks after launch and fix anything that drops out.
How much does a website redesign cost?
Our redesign prices are the same as a new site: £595 plus VAT for up to five pages and £1,295 for up to ten with online booking. Larger sites get a fixed quote after we have listed the pages.
Do we need to redesign, or just fix what we have?
Sometimes a speed fix, better titles and a few new pages do more than a redesign. Our free audit tells you which, and we will say so if fixing is the better buy.
Can you move us off WordPress, Wix or Squarespace?
Yes. We move the content, rebuild the site on a fast setup, and redirect the old addresses. If you would rather stay on WordPress so you can edit it yourself, we can rebuild it on a lighter theme instead.
How long does it take?
About two weeks for a site of up to ten pages once we agree the plan. Your current site stays live until the new one is ready.
