Who

Primus Tech Services is a UK company based in Manchester and led by Kashif Iqbal. The team covers SEO, development, design and copy. Kashif also runs a law firm, which is why our contracts are short and clear, our data handling is careful and we do not make claims we cannot back up.

How

We use AI tools for the heavy lifting: bulk content edits, code, translation, testing. That is how a 1,030-product rewrite takes weeks, not months. AI makes mistakes, so a person on the team reviews every change before it reaches your store, and every number on this site is a measurement we can show you.

Rules we keep

• We never edit a live theme or site directly. Work happens on a copy and you publish.
• We never ask for your password. Shopify work uses collaborator access, WordPress work uses a separate user you can delete afterwards.
• We never touch prices, stock or SKUs.
• We take a full backup before any bulk change.
• We promise a measured improvement, never a made-up score.
• No fake reviews and no invented results, on our site or on yours.
